Do I need a plumber to install it?
Not necessarily. The connection is a 1" fitting on the main water supply, using the included wall-mounting kit and a step-by-step manual. If your plumbing is old or difficult to access, a plumber can handle it in less than an hour.
Does it remove limescale?
No, and that is intentional. The FLX Compact is not a water softener: it retains essential minerals like calcium and magnesium, focusing instead on what shouldn't be in your water (PFAS, pesticides, microplastics, heavy metals), while also removing tastes and odors.
Does the FLX Compact work with all types of water?
No. It is designed for public mains water in France. Untreated water (wells, boreholes, rainwater) requires a prior assessment: in this case, please contact us before ordering.
How often should the filter be changed?
Three times a year, or approximately every 4 months. With a subscription, the filter is delivered to you automatically. If you purchase directly, you can order it from your customer portal (€120 incl. tax).
I am a tenant, is it possible?
Yes, provided you have the landlord's permission to work on the water supply. The unit is easy to remove and reinstall if you move.
What if I change my mind?
The subscription is non-binding: you can modify or cancel it at any time, in one click, from your customer portal. The machine comes with a 5-year warranty.
