The realization
We watch the labels. Not the tap.
We read ingredient lists, compare sugar levels, and carefully select our fruit. At the dinner table, almost everything goes through a filter: our own. Then comes the glass of water, filled at the tap without a second thought.

How much do I pay exactly in the first month?
€99.99 incl. VAT. This first payment includes the €59.99 monthly fee and a one-time €40 equipment provision fee. These €40 cover equipment preparation and provision, as well as a portion of shipping and commissioning costs. Following months are €59.99 incl. VAT per month, with no commitment.
Does the water remain mineralized?
Yes. Unlike a reverse osmosis system, the FLX Compact retains the calcium and magnesium naturally present in the water. It removes what shouldn't be there, not the minerals.
Does the FLX Compact work with all water types?
No. It is designed for public water mains in France, and the subscription is only offered in France. Untreated water (wells, boreholes, rainwater) requires a preliminary study: in this case, please contact us before subscribing.
Do I need a plumber to install it?
Not necessarily. The connection is made at 1" on the main water inlet, using the provided wall mounting kit and a step-by-step manual. If your plumbing is old or difficult to access, a plumber can handle it in under an hour.
How do I know when to change the filter?
By the flow rate: when it decreases, it’s a sign that the filter has done its job. In practice, this happens about every 4 months. With the subscription, the replacement filter has already arrived at your door, without needing to order anything.
Does it remove limescale?
No, and that is intentional. The FLX Compact is not a water softener. It focuses on PFAS, pesticides, microplastics, and heavy metals, and eliminates taste and odors.
I am a tenant, is it possible?
Yes, provided you have the landlord's consent for the intervention on the water inlet. The device can be easily disassembled and reinstalled if you move.
What if I change my mind?
The subscription has no commitment: you can modify or cancel it at any time, with one click, from your customer account. The machine has a 5-year warranty.
